Arson suspected
Chicago, IL – July 14, 2022 – Chicago Fire and Police arrived just after 11:30 pm on Wednesday night to find the lot of an unnamed repossession company ablaze. By then, eighteen vehicles had been torched and totaled.

The fire is so far classified as under investigation. However, arriving police classified the incident at the unidentified repossession company lot on the 4800 block of S. Kilbourn Avenue in Chicago’s Archer Heights as arson.
No injuries were reported and no one has been named as being under arrest.

The Chicago Fire Department’s Office of Fire Investigation are still investigating the incident.
This incident marks the second repossession company to have suffered arson damage this year.
On May 20, Reliable Recovery Services in West Phoenix, AZ was the victim of a firebombing caught on camera.
