Jeremy Cross

After working and owning a successful private investigations company, Jeremy became the president and owner of International Recovery Systems in 2010. Serving on multiple industry-related advisory panels, he is also a board member for the American Recovery Association. 

During Jeremy’s free time, he enjoys barbecuing with friends and family, attending sports events and spending time with his wife Tiffany and their two children Jason and Sophia. 

Emily Hester

Business powerhouse, Emily Hester uses her BA in Business Management from Southwest Texas State University as President of her family’s Asset Recovery business, S.C.A.R., Inc.

From working around in different local businesses sales departments, from Plumbing to Metal roof manufacturing, her father, Frank Massey asked her to come market for the family business in 2009. Emily now serves multiple markets across Texas in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, the Coastal Bend and Rio Grande Valley.

Darcy Case

Beginning her career working in an Occupational Health facility for a local hospital, Darcy has grown from Civilian 991 Dispatcher to Shift Supervisor, to multiple Business Owner.

In 2011, Darcy and her husband saw an opportunity to purchase Indiana Recovery Services when the city cut the funding to the 911 Center and closed the doors. Growing from a 3 truck, 4 employee business, to 33 company vehicles, 43 employees and 4 locations, this venture added a full service transport and key divisions to their portfolio.
