Memphis, TN – June 3, 2022 – An unnamed recovery agent working for B&C Towing received gunfire yesterday while attempting to repossess a 2008 Lexus.
The incident occurred on June 2nd at the 4600 block of Knight Arnold where during the attempt to repossess a 2008 Lexus LS460, the agent reported to police that he saw a man standing near his truck when gunfire erupted.
His tow truck was hit in the rear.
The alleged shooter then jumped into the Lexus and fled. Unbeknownst to the alleged shooter, the Lexus was equipped with a GPS tracker and was tracked to the area of Airways and Pecan Circle. Police then located the suspect standing near the Lexus and ordered him to the ground.
