Columbus County, NC – 10 December 2018 – At approximately3:30am on June 9, 2015, Repo Man, Jeff Lowe (37) was shot and killed during a repossession attempt by a father and son, William Roy Kohler, (51), and his son, William Roy Kohler III (18).
Both men avoided murder charges with the son pleading guilty to second degree murder. Now, the father’s trial is pending and he is lobbying the public for clemency and laying some of the blame on the murdered Repo Man.
