Whiteville, NC – June 12, 2015 – A judge denied bond for the father and son who murdered a Repo Man on Wednesday the 10th. William Roy Kohler, 51, and William Roy Kohler III, 18, were charged with murder and discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle in connection with the deadly shooting.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine how many times Lowe was shot.

The shooting happened on Sunset Terrace Road in the Whiteville community of Columbus County.
Jeffrey David Lowe, 37, of Robeson County died of an apparent gunshot wound to the head.
Columbus County Sheriff’s Office Major Bobby Worley said Lowe had the car hooked to a tow truck when the Kohler’s came out of the home and started firing shots.
Worley said an autopsy will determine how many times Lowe was shot.
