Widow of murdered repo man Jayson Click dismisses wrongful death lawsuit<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\nMADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) \u2014 A wrongful death lawsuit filed against the man accused of killing Jayson Click on December 13th<\/sup> of 2023 has been dismissed. Their inability to serve process on the accused killers who has allegedly having jumped bail and living out of state appears to be the probable cause.<\/span><\/p>\n![\"Repo](\"https:\/\/curepossession.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/siao_court1.jpg\")
Siao in his court appearance<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nOn July 3rd, Ann Click filed to voluntarily dismiss the wrongful death lawsuit against Warren Siao for the shooting death of her husband, Jayson Click, without prejudice. The suit was initially filed on February 26<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\nIn the motion to dismiss, Click\u2019s attorneys state they have been unable to serve Siao with the complaint and summons.\u00a0 <\/span>The wrongful death lawsuit filed against 47-year-old Siao stated that in December 2023, Click was lawfully performing a vehicle repossession at Siao\u2019s home when he was shot and killed.<\/span><\/p>\nThe court documents state, \u201c[Siao] negligently, recklessly, and\/or wantonly shot an automatic firearm in the general direction of Jayson Click. The night of the shooting, Siao, his wife and the tow truck driver were taken to Huntsville Police Department\u2019s Criminal Investigations Division for questioning. After no one answered the door, they backed their truck up to the car and pulled it out of the garage to be towed away.<\/span><\/p>\nThe investigator said that Siao admitted he fired 5-6 shots with a rifle, but he said he thought the men with his car were robbers.<\/span><\/p>\nSiao is currently out of jail on bond following his preliminary hearing.
