Rex Cameron Maylor, 52, was arrested and charged for allegedly\nremoving a repossessed vehicle from a bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According\nto the affidavit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shortly\nbefore 1 p.m. on Feb. 13, 2019, someone from Waggoner National Bank called\nthe Electra Police Department to report a repossessed vehicle missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nreporting party said he arrived at work to find the repossessed vehicle\nmissing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He\nadded that he received a text message from the suspect saying that he had\nremoved the vehicle from the parking lot. The reporting party then said he\ntold the suspect that he needed to return the vehicle, to which the suspect\nagreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nnext morning, the bank employee called the Electra Police Department to\nreport the vehicle as still missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The\nbank employee provided police with a copy of multiple messages between him and\nthe suspect that corroborated the report given by the caller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Maylor\nwas arrested and charged with hindering secured creditor over $2,500, under\n$30,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n
