Statement of the Problem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several factors converge to cause current and\nfuture constraints in the repossession industry that will impact lenders, forwarders<\/a> (also known as repossession management companies<\/a>) and agencies alike. These\nfactors will continue to increase in relevance over the next five to ten years\nplacing further pressure on the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Increasing State and Federal\nRegulation<\/li>
  2. The accelerated increase fuel,\ninsurance, and manpower costs<\/li>
  3. Increasing traffic congestion\nin major metro areas resulting in an increase in manpower costs<\/li>
  4. Lower margins in agency\nbusiness resulting in innovation stagnation<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
