Woman Charged with Endangerment Over Drastic Attempts to Flee Repossession

Patricia Russell, 59. Arrested on three charges including wanton endangerment.

Vine Grove, KY – 3 February 2019 – Trying to prevent her vehicle from being repossessed, a Vine Grove woman is accused of taking some measures that resulted in her arrest on three charges including first-degree wanton endangerment.
