Fort Worth, TX – December 5, 2025 – New details about the stabbing that occurred outside of a 7-Eleven Thursday afternoon have emerged.

As previously reported, the Fort Worth Police responded to a report about a person sustaining knife wounds at a 7-Eleven on the 1000 block of Missouri Avenue at about 4:43pm Thursday.

Accused assailant Homer Blocker, age 55

Upon arrival, police found an unnamed 58-year-old man who had been involved in a fight with a man, now identified as 55-year-old Homer Blocker, of Fort Worth. According to police, during an argument about a repossession attempt, Blocker had pulled out a knife and stabbed the man attempting the repossession.

After a brief search, police located Blocker and placed him under arrest. He has been charged with PC 22.02(a)(2) Aggravated Assault bodily injury w/Deadly Weapon-F2 and was taken to the Tarrant County Jail.

The man attempting the repossession was taken to a local hospital where he is reported to be in critical but stable condition. Fort Worth Police records only report him to be a 58-year-old black male. No name is given.

It is unknown who the victim is working for, but the police report indicates that there was a 1999 Ford F-250 Supercab Tow Truck/Wrecker involved in the incident. No vehicle ID is given.
