Two Men Beat Repo Man, No Arrests in AL

police_pull_overDuncanville, AL – February 15, 2013 – An unidentified 42 year old Repo Man was assaulted by two men who beat him with their fists and struck him with a crowbar during an attempted repossession in Tuscaloosa County. Police have elected not to make any arrests.

The victim, reported to the Tuscaloosa County that at 3:15 p.m on Friday afternoon he had arrived at a residence at the 11000 block of U.S. Highway 82 East when he was assaulted by a 48-year-old man who hit him with a crowbar while a 21-year-old accomplice beat him with his fists.

Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide Unit commander Capt. Loyd Baker reported that the victim was treated for injuries that were not life-threatening at DCH Regional Medical Center.

Baker said that the case is still under investigation and that no arrests had been made.

  1. Probably a relative of the Sheriff or deputy. I can see it now, “Boy You can’t come into my town and repo anything without talking to me.”

    I would like to know what really happened.

  2. In Tuscaloosa you have to notify the cops before a repo just wanting to know if they did that or waited after they got in trouble been there done that.
