Two Arrested for Running Over Repo Agent’s Head

Memphis, TN – March 29, 2025 – Fear of falling is something we all learn at birth. Fear of getting knocked down a rung in the ladder of life is another we learn later as we mature. Fear of getting a 2011 Ford Fusion repossessed is an odd one, but what kind of fear drives a person to run over the head of a man over a 2011 Ford Fusion? Hard to say, but perhaps the two arrested for doing it can explain.

The frightening and almost fatal incident took place just before 8 am on March 26th at 1000 block of Cabana Circle in Memphis where police found 45-year-old Philip K. Guy, aka: Phil Pacman Guy, owner of King Pac Towing, suffering from what was deemed at the time non-critical condition.

Video of the incident emerged telling the tale of his attempt to repossess a 2011 Ford Fusion. During the process, a man can be seen running to the car and getting behind the wheel as the agent is underneath the rear tire trying to chain it up.Repossessor’s Head Run Over – Caught on Camera!

It is then that the video shows the driver in green showing complete disregard to the agent’s safety and backing the car up, over his head!

In the foreground, a woman can be seen on her phone and urging the man to “Hurry up!” before he gets into it.

By the time police had arrived, neither the woman, the driver or the vehicle were anywhere to be found. But their arrest was imminent.

On March 28, 2025, at 9:50 am, Crump Station Task Force Officers located and took into custody a female suspect identified in the video of the incident, Brandi Revels, 27. Officers also located, identified and arrested the male suspect responsible for driving over the repossessor, 34-year-old Nicholas Wray.

The Ford Fusion was located in the 900 block of Oakmont Place and was towed to the city lot.

Brandi Revels, was charged with Aggravated Assault. Bond was set at $15,000. Wray was also charged with Aggravated Assault. His bond was set at $60,000. Revels and Wray are set to appear in court on March 31st.

Phil Guy’s FaceBook posts show him having serious pain after the event and elude to his being unable to work for a few days and looking for someone to cover for him. Although lucky to be alive, being an owner/operator, Mr. Guy will be financially challenged by the time off he needs to heal. We genuinely pray for his speedy and complete recovery.
