Survey Closes Today!

Last week, DRN announced a series of meaningful changes to their LPR practices. These updates are a direct result of ongoing conversations with the ARA and the agent community, and we believe they represent a significant step toward improving transparency, agent safety, and fairness in the LPR space.

But this is not the time to go silent.

We’re closing our LPR Impact Survey today, just as DRN’s improvements are being rolled out, and it’s critical that your voice is part of the data we analyze and release. This survey, launched before the DRN changes were made public, gave our industry a much needed outlet to speak to the challenges and concerns around LPR use. Your feedback will help shape a stronger, more balanced future.

The ARA is optimistic that the recently announced changes to DRN’s practices will help alleviate some of the longstanding challenges surrounding LPR. However, we must remain engaged and vigilant, ensuring that unresolved issues are addressed and that a more accountable system is built to prevent future problems from surfacing unnoticed or without industry input.

We remain committed to publishing the full survey results as quickly as possible, because real progress depends on transparency, and that must become the standard we all expect moving forward.

There’s still time to make your voice count. Together, we can shape the future of LPR.

That’s why we urge you to complete the LPR Impact Survey today.

Thank you again for your time, and your commitment to the industry.
