Where the repossession industry gets its news

Three Leading Repossession Companies Are Joining Together In 2018 to Better Serve Their Lender Clients And Employees

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Digital Dog Auto Recovery of California, CARS Recovery of California, and American Recovery Specialists of Florida announced today that agreements have been reached to join their companies into one organization to better serve their clients and employees.  The assimilation of the three operations will be completed by the end of 2018 and, once completed, the company will become known as RedLine Adjusters.

Michael Eusebio, the co-founder of Digital Dog Auto Recovery who will also serve as the President and CEO of RedLine Adjusters, said “We are excited to build on the long-term proven success of these three companies whose consistent ability to deliver impactful recovery results has made each of them industry leaders in their own right.  Through powerful teamwork, unrelenting tenacity and the increasing strategic use of developing technology, we are confident that we can contribute to the financial success of our clients in even more impactful ways in the months ahead.”

Digital Dog Auto Recovery has been in business for 20 years, CARS Recovery and American Recovery Specialists for almost 30 years each.  All three have been major performers in the repossession field, and when joined together as RedLine Adjusters will have 28 repossession facilities covering the entire states of California and Florida.  Ron Keys, the founder of ARS said, “The amount of experience our people have in directly executing repossession services on behalf of our clients for almost 30 years, combined with the ability to now offer a true one-call service option for direct service in the states of California and Florida, provides our lender partners with a valuable service option.”

When the assimilation is complete, over 200 employees and their families will be a part of RedLine Adjusters.  “Our people are our secret sauce and they are passionate about what they do each day to serve our clients well,” said Esperanza Eusebio, co-founder of Digital Dog Auto Recovery who will also serve as the Chief Financial Officer of RedLine Adjusters.  “The best investment we can make in our future ability to serve our clients is to invest in our people and give them a place they can build a stable career and provide for their families.  Combining the resources and focus of our three organizations will enable us to serve our employees better as they continue to serve our clients each day.”

Each of the three companies will continue to operate separately until the assimilation is complete later this year, and each company will work with their respective lenders in advance of the assimilation to prepare for and affect a smooth and mutually successful transfer of assignments over to RedLine Adusters.

“Over almost three decades, our clients have trusted our three companies to be their Adjusters,” said Chuck Palazzolo, Founder and President of CARS Recovery.  “By helping find and recover their non-performing accounts that have crossed the red line, we help our clients stay on the right side of the black line.  Bringing our companies together into one team will help us accomplish that even more, and be able to more powerfully live out our vision – To become and remain the most trusted partner for asset recovery!”

Join the leaders of Digital Dog, CARS Recovery and American Recovery Specialists at a reception during NARS in the Rhapsody Room of the Omni Mandalay Hotel Thursday, April 19th from 6:00 – 7:30 pm.  A hosted bar with hors d’oeuvres will be provided.
