On January 9, 2023, CURepossession published an article titled “Texas Repo Company Wanted by Fort Hood Police“. The article focused on an on base All Points Bulletin (APB) issued against J&R Recovery, FKA; Seized Recovery, based upon allegations that they were wanted for suspicion of illegally accessing Ft. Hood and conducting LPR scanning and repossession.
Upon further discovery, the APB used as the source of the article was later discovered to be out of context and that there was no foundation or valid reason for their APB and as such, no credibility should have been given to it in the past nor in the future.
CURepossession had promptly removed the article and disavows any information based upon the salacious allegations made by the Fort Hood Directorate of Emergency Services Intelligence Branch against J&R Recovery, FKA; Seized Recovery. We further apologize to J&R Recovery, FKA; Seized Recovery for any impact on their reputation or operations that the dissemination of this erroneous information may have caused.
