RepoReport’s latest update includes efficiency improvements for spotting, dispatching and recovering repossessions. The platform now integrates with Slack, enhancing communication and collaboration among team members. Additionally, the Hotlist feature highlights spotted cars older than 10 days, ensuring priority tasks are easily identifiable.
The payroll system has also been revamped to offer more flexibility and customization. Users can now pay spotters for cars found or picked up, and offer additional incentives, with bonus tiers coming soon! Spotters and drivers will also receive email notifications with lists of their found cars, eliminating the need for paper lists and providing full visibility on VINs and contested cases. Daily emails will allow users to view team performance, creating opportunities to celebrate successes.
