Youngstown, OH – December 16, 2022 – He thought he’d gotten away with the incident from late September and it was far behind him. But the only thing behind him Thursday afternoon were flashing police lights. Heart racing; he was sure they knew he was holding, so he swallowed the drugs and pulled over. But this routine traffic stop turned out worse than he expected.
