I was the first person to turn this guy in. He repossessed my one if my cars with a drawn gun and my client was sued. I told Harris County to call him from a note lot dealer and tell him they have work and heard he was good. He showed up wearing a gun, badges, tactical uniform from Hariis County Constables office (his brother is a constable) and they arrested him after twenty minutes of hearig his sales pitch. I saw the video. That was in 2010.
