25-year repossession industry veteran and founder of Royal Key Supply, Billie Jo Stoddard has been nominated to hold a seat on the Board of Directors of the National Automotive Service Task Force (NASTF). If elected, she will become the first member of the repossession industry to hold a seat on this national non-profit cooperative.

Billie Jo’s candidacy represents a long-overdue opportunity for repossessors to have a seat at the table. She is committed to being a strong voice for the community, advancing education, and building connections between repossession, locksmithing, and the broader automotive security industry.

About the NASTF

The NASTF is a not-for-profit organization established to facilitate the identification and correction of gaps in the availability and accessibility of automotive service information, service training, diagnostic tools and equipment, and communications. NASTF helps to ensure an equal playing field for all automotive service professionals.

NASTF is a cooperative effort among the automotive service industry, the equipment and tool industry and automobile manufacturers (OEMs). There is no cost to participate in NASTF, which is open to professional auto service technicians, shop owners, service writers, OEM service employees or any other automotive industry professional.

NASTF’s continued success is due in large part to its volunteer teams:

  • Vehicle Security
  • Service Technology
  • Education
  • Heavy Duty (suspended indefinitely)
  • Communications

These teams are comprised of NASTF members from all sectors of the automotive industry, working together to solve industry-wide problems and effectively communicate solutions.

If Bille Joe is elected, she will be the first person with repossessor experience to sit on the Board of Directors with NASTF. If you are a member of the NASTF, we urge you to vote!
