02/10/2020 – In 2011, shortly after Eagle Group XX was formed, the members began to collectively work together to develop affordable training programs for the agents in the field, (FIELD AGENT COMPLIANCE TRAINING-FACT), the support personnel in the office and on the lot, (Support Employee Compliance Training-SECT) and finally realizing the danger and possibility of confrontations and interaction with consumers a program was designed to address such encounters for all employees, (Situational Awareness and Confrontational Avoidance Techniques-SACAT).
