Exhibitor Opportunities

Registration fee: $2,495.00 – Register before March 14, 2025, and pay only $1,495.00 for 2 attendees with exhibitor space. The fee includes one 6ft table, 2 chairs, 2 attendee registrations, and host-supplied meals; additional attendees are $350.00 each (including spouses, children 16+, or anyone attending social/meal functions).

We value our vendor partners and have planned all breaks and most meals or social functions to take place in the exhibitor area, spotlighting various vendors and sponsors.

Exhibitors who register early can submit an email or PDF document for us to promote their participation and feature their logos in welcoming presentations.
