
On the heels of the antitrust lawsuit filed by Location Services LLC on April 12th, Digital Dog Auto Recovery had also filed a lawsuit in the United States Fourth District Court in Fort Worth Texas. Allegations of unfair contract terms and non-competition clauses are again rearing their presence.

As you may have read, just yesterday, Digital Dog Auto Recovery announced it’s merger with CARS Recovery of California, and American Recovery Specialists of Florida which now are formed under the new company name of “Redline Adjusters.” What is unclear is whether an amended complaint will be necessary to further the lawsuit. The jurisdictional change of venues eludes to a strategy while the timing before NARS adds just one more level of drama for this years summit.
