It’s finally here!

Back in May, we introduced Patrick Dunleavy as the head of the new ARA Contracts & Insurance Committee.

In his role, Patrick has been charged with helping ARA members navigate the challenging issues around contracts and insurance.

🆘 Well, Patrick and team have been hard at work, and we’re excited to announce the newly minted Contract Template available to ARA members.

You’ve asked for help with contract language, and we built a template that includes language to help keep the agent out of trouble.  While you still need to be familiar with your contract language and it’s not a cure-all, it’s certainly a big step in the right direction.

Join us on Wednesday, October 23rd at 2:00 p.m. EDT (1:00 p.m. CDT), as we dive into the contract template and the benefits of leveraging this tool for your repossession business.
