I wanted to provide an update to the recent efforts of the American Recovery Association Board in response to critical concerns raised by members regarding changes to staging models and, in our opinion, the potential for unvetted use of LPR technology by uncredentialled companies.
The ARA Board has been discussing key points of concern with relevant stakeholders, including industry partners and ARA’s lobbyists. We want you to know that the ARA remains fully committed to advocating for the best interests of repossession agents and ARA membership.
The success of the repossession industry depends on collaboration, trust, and shared success. As ARA representatives and repossession agency owners, we will continue to engage with key stakeholders to push for meaningful change that benefits the entire agent network.
Thank you for your continued support and trust in the ARA. We will persist in our efforts to address the challenges facing our industry and remain unwavering in our commitment to a stronger and more equitable industry for all of us.
Vaughn Clemmons
ARA President
