San Francisco, CA – 3 March 2021 – San Francisco police announced Wednesday that they have arrested a 31 year-old man who allegedly shot at a man repossessing a vehicle last month. In his possession was found multiple firearms and other offenses, including possession of an explosive device for which he has been charged.
