Ever since its introduction into the repossession industry, license plate recognition technology (LPR) has been a tool that has been an operational cornerstone for many repossession agencies. So much so, that agencies have sunk hundreds of thousands of dollars into the purchase of LPR cameras, fleets of cars and staff in hopes of capitalizing on this state-of-the-art technology. Unfortunately, there are many who have come to question its value, not because of the technology, but due to service issues. In our desire to gather a fair understanding of the industries overall satisfaction with their LPR service providers, we are inviting all agency owners to share with us their feelings and opinions on their LPR service provider.
Our LPR Platform/Providers Satisfaction Survey is open to all agency owners regardless of association affiliation or lack of one. This survey is completely voluntary, confidential, and you may remain anonymous. If you choose to share your name, please opt in at the end of the survey. Your responses will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.
The deadline for participation is March 27, 2023 at 09:00am CST
