Joe Rossman

Known as The Motor Doctor, Rossman is an ASC Master Mechanic and has been a popular Cleveland radio host for more than 40 years. He’s been involved in the automotive repair industry since 1963 as a teacher, technician, service center owner and consultant to Cleveland area media.

Ramon Jackson

Jackson has been in the towing industry 32 years, operating equipment in the light duty to heavy duty towing and recovery industry. He has worked with the Freeway Service patrol (Los Angeles and Orange Counties), Police impounds, repossessions, private property impounds, Roadside Service, recoveries operations, AAA Dispatcher, AAA Call Center and Fleet Supervisor. For the past decade, Jackson has been an instructor for AAA, and a Supervisor of Training across 21 states for the last 6 years.
