The ARA Technology Committee is working with RDN to identify meaningful improvements to their platform.
Our goal is simple: ensure the technology supporting recovery professionals evolves to enhance efficiency, compliance, communication, and profitability — in the field and in the office.
To do this, we need direct input from the people who use RDN every day.
This survey is designed to gauge what matters most to our community: workflow enhancements, automation, reporting, integrations, and overall user experience. Rather than presenting assumptions to RDN, we want to present data-backed priorities that reflect the real needs of agencies across the country.
Your participation is critical.
The strength of our recommendations depends entirely on industry engagement. The more feedback we receive the stronger our collective voice becomes and the more effective we can be in advocating for meaningful changes.
We strongly encourage owners, managers, CSRs, dispatchers, and field agents to complete the survey. Every role interacts with RDN differently, and every perspective matters.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and share it with your team.
Together, we can shape the future of the tools that power our industry.
Thank you for your time and commitment to improving recovery technology for all of us.
Sincerely,
The ARA Technology Committee
