A1 Nationwide, LLC Announces Industry-Leading Price Increase and Enhanced Protections for Repossession Agents
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Greenville, SC – August 1, 2025 – A1 Nationwide, LLC is proud to announce a significant rate increase for repossession services, reaffirming its commitment to fair compensation and stronger industry standards. Effective immediately, the involuntary repossession rate will increase to $365.00, and the voluntary repossession rate will increase to $265.00 — positioning A1 Nationwide among the highest paying forwarding companies in the country.
This bold step is intended to lead the way toward more sustainable and equitable pay structures for the recovery industry. “We hope this change inspires other forwarding companies to re evaluate their pricing models and prioritize fair treatment for the agents doing the work,” said Renee McAbee, Chief Executive Officer of A1 Nationwide.
In addition to rate increases, A1 Nationwide has worked closely with RSIG (Recovery Specialist Insurance Group) to revise and improve its agent agreement. The updated contract now includes enhanced indemnification provisions to ensure that repossession agents are protected in situations involving errors or misconduct by A1 Nationwide or its clients. The company offers its sincere thanks to RSIG Insurance for their input and guidance in shaping these important contract updates.
“Our message is simple,” McAbee continued. “Repossession agents deserve to be compensated fairly, treated with respect, and protected from unnecessary liability. We’re proud to stand behind them and set a higher standard for the industry.”
The new contract reflecting these updates will be distributed to all agents on August 4th, 2025.
