The American Recovery Association is pleased to announce the creation of a Member Contract Review Program in partnership with Bassford Remele, PA. This Program will allow members to request one annual contract review by a Bassford attorney at no cost to the member—this benefit is provided to you as part of your ARA membership!
“This program is a direct reflection of our commitment to protecting the businesses and livelihoods of our members. Contracts shape the future of every agency, and having access to trusted legal guidance empowers our members to make informed, confident decisions. It’s one more way the ARA is investing in the long-term strength and stability of the recovery industry,” said ARA President Vaughn Clemmons.
“We are truly honored to work with the ARA and its membership through this Program. Professional recovery specialists are some of the most sophisticated and innovative business owners we serve. We cannot wait to start work on this new member benefit,” added Patrick Newman, Bassford Shareholder and Consumer Finance Practice Group Co-Chair.
The Program will go live on May 15, 2025.
Please reach out to Vaughn Clemmons president@americanrecoveryassn.org or Patrick Dunleavy contract-insurance@americanrecoveryassn.org with questions on how this new program will benefit your business.
