The RABF would like to thank American Recovery Association and the attendees of the 2025 North American Repossessors Summit held last week in Orlando for their support of the RABF. It is reported that $100,000 was raised through various fundraising efforts to benefit RepoAlliance and the Recovery Agents Benefit Fund.
With directed donations through the Casino Night Fundraiser from GM Financial and CapitalOne Bank totaling $15,000, ARA will be sending the RABF an additional $35,000 to bring the total amount benefitting the RABF to $50,000.00.
In addition to their support at Casino Night, GM Financial has increased their annual contribution to the RABF to $10,000; which is in addition to any other fundraising efforts they participate in. Our sincere thanks to Bryan Russell, Vice President of Vendor Management for GM Financial who has been instrumental in communicating the RABF mission and purpose across multiple platforms.
The 2025 NARS event provided attendees multiple opportunities for supporting causes important to them. Attendees could Dunk-A-Lender & Jeremiah Wheeler, they could attend Lender Casino Night and could also participate in a live auction; MVTrac also raised money through a golf tournament. Combined these efforts present the RABF with $35,000 to be able to assist individuals and families of the repossession industry during their most difficult times.
The next big fundraising opportunity for the RABF will be this June at REPO2025 hosted by Recovery Specialist Insurance Group and Allied Finance Adjusters Conference Inc in Charlotte/Concord, NC. But you don’t have wait till June to show your support for the RABF. You can go online and buy raffle tickets for the drawing for the Dynamic Slide In Unit donated by Anthony Gentile and Dynamic Manufacturing Towing & Equipment – only $20 per ticket, drawing to be held this November. You can also do a one time donation or set up recurring donations online as well, or by contacting our office (donations@recoveryagentsbenefitfund.org) to get ACH information sent to you that lets the RABF enjoy the full amount of your donation and avoid online merchant processing fees that can reduce the impact of your donation.
The mission of the Recovery Agents Benefit Fund is only possible through the continued support of the repossession industry. So to everyone who donates directly, participates in fundraising events like those held at NARS, to the state associations who are also starting to support the RABF at their meetings, the lenders & clients (American Recovery Service/PK Willis, GM Financial, Credit Acceptance Corporation and CapitalOne) and the repossession companies and their employees, such as Stealth Towing and Recovery in Texas; Recovery Zone in Massachusetts, AssetsBiz in Illinois, Rapid Recovery Agency in Florida, AOC Adjusters Fresno & ABA Recovery Service in California, Final Notice Recovery in Maryland, who so generously give recurring donations monthly– you have our sincere thanks and appreciation.
