How to reach your goals

When approving a key for a repossessed vehicle several steps should be taken to ensure invoicing is not denied, supplies are not wasted, and staff are utilized to their maximum potential.

Starting with the marking a vehicle “not accessible”, thus allowing the repossession company to request key quote. Providing training to staff not only in your office but to your agents as well creates a seamless process once getting started.

Having agents aware of proper documentation alleviates office staff having to fix errors. Moving forward with overall processing, once approval has been returned to your desk, let’s get the key cut! Having a programmer and key cutting machine along with key supplies on hand is imperative to efficiency.
